Without you

What the council did to my parents was unacceptable. Revenge was neccesary. And if I wanted to revenge my parent's death, I needed an army. I needed a mare who would accept to help me.

It toke me over 200 years to find that mare. Jade. I loved the enrgy she had. She was a very responsible girl. Always willing to help me. I wasn't scared of her, but she was, wich increased my chances of succesfully creating an army and taking over the council. It didn't suprise me as I'm a strong red mane moon horse. I remember those days as if they were yesterday. 

"Hey Jade, why don't we walk a bit?"

"Oh Quinn I'd love too!"

She wasn't doubting of anything. Such a stupid mare. Was a red mane moon horse seen deeply and really loving another horse? Maybe if the other one also had a red mane but red mane and green mane moon horse? Never seen that before.

"Jade, can I ask you a favor?"

"Sure! I'd do anything for you and you know that!" she leaned over me.

"Help me create an army against the Council."

"W-w-w-.... Yes I will." the expression turned to a joyful and happy face to the saddest expression I've ever seen on a horse. But I didn't mind that. The only important thing was that she accepted.

A few months passed and the first foal came to life. His mane was purple at my deception.

"Jade! You're not serious are you?"

"Quinn....."

"What?!"

"Nothing." she said while walking away.

After awhile, my army was growing but wasn't big and strong enough to defeat the Council. What I needed was red mane kids. My stringest foal was Nox, but he wasn't strong enough for me. I was starting to regret to choose her as a mare, but something told me to stay with her. 

Was it the fact she always obeyed me? Was it because she was helping me to create my army? Was it because I REALLY loved her? Wait, what in the world did I just say?! Me, the strongest and meanest moon horse saying I love a normal mare? I mean, she is so ugly. And I'm so smexy. Did my heart become weaker staying by her side? I hope not. Do I really? Things are getting confused. Is was as if without her I was nothing. Ugh, why did I become this weak and emotional!? Did I underestimate the power of mares? No, it was me.
